It was in the early 2000s when Giovanni and Tina started an ambitious project from a strong passion for the agro-pastoral world.

The small artisan dairy of Casacalenda, has been able to stand out for the assortment and especially for the quality of the products offered throughout the years. The Silver Medal at the Mountain Cheese Olympics, and the Nomination for the Italian Cheese Awards 2017, are only the last two awards assigned to the company.
