The fermentation of the rigorously biological grapes takes place by macerating the skins in heat-controlled stainless steel containers at a temperature between 12 and 28 degrees celsius.
A wine of a bright ruby colour and violet glares, with an intense and complex scent (red pulp fruits, preserved black cherry, dried prunes) and a warm and long-lasting flavour.
Ideal served with an elaborated pasta dish or risotto, cured cheeses, truffles, red meat and hearty taste courses.
